About Gobsmacked
Gobsmacked was the first experimentation with a more post-punk revival, indie rock and alternative rock style of music. Very much inspired by bands like the Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand and specially The Libertines, the music and lyrics aim for an authentic British mood.
Inspiration for the lyrics are both from interesting social media posts, personal experiences and friends. The last song, I’m Chuffed, was released as a YouTube only bonus song to promote the EP.
